Cant activate FreePBX 16

Hi
I installed FreePBX 16 on a virtual machine. Everything went smoothly. Now I am on the activation page “Portal account”. After filling out the required fields I am trying to click the “create” button. But it doesnt do anything. No error message either.
I already tried on diffferent browsers. What am I doing wrong?

Hey, I had the exact same thing, I think there is a bug in the activate page that doesn’t show form errors.

To get the activate working, I went to https://portal.sangoma.com/ and created the account there (you’ll notice that you’ll need a password of more than 12 characters), then once you’ve created your account, you can go back to the portal account activation in your freepbx install and it will recognise you email address, and then use the password you used when creating your account
