Cannot Transfer outbound calls

I am pulling my hair on this one. I can transfer incoming calls fine. I can also park incoming calls, but when I try to transfer an OUTBOUND call that I make, it hangs up the caller and the transfer does not go through. When I call park it, and try to pick it up from ANY extension, it hangs up the call.

I have changed in general settings the Asterisk Dial command options to Ttr
and the Asterisk Outbound Dial command options to Tt.

Is there anything that I am missing?

Thanks guys.

Post some console output of the call please.

Thanks for responding so quickly.

This is an Outgoing Call that was trying to be transfered, and ended up being disconnected.
