Cannot Send sms

I am not able to send email pages (SMS) after receiving a voicemail. My mail queue is full of messages that have not sent yet. I am able to receive voicemail emails just fine. I have system admin pro and tried the debug feature and get the below response. Can anyone tell me what is wrong?

The Verizon server isn’t talking to you. Could be lots of things, but it’s definitely an email (Postfix) problem.

what are some steps I can try?

Verizon severely limits access to their SMS email gateway. I’m a Verizon subscriber and regularly find that I’m blacklisted. I don’t know what turns it on or off.
