Have 2 Sangoma Talk users on different servers who can receive calls just fine but cannot place them. It plays a little warble and the times out and says Retry. When I use my client on one of those same servers I also get the little warble sound for a second or two and then the call goes through. That server has 15 total Sangoma Connect/Talk users and only 1 complaining of the problem. The 2nd user is on a different server and is the first user on that server to start using it; same symptoms.
We have done everything we can think of for the first user; removed them as a SC user, added back, invited. Removed the app and added it back, etc. This user is on iOS26, the 2nd user is on iOS 18.something.
This server does have the Extension Routes module installed and this extension is assigned to two (one is an emergency route). Same route assignments as several others that are working fine.
That’s interesting, personally I’m on iOS26 and was on the beta and didn’t have issues. If you tap in the top left of the app, does it show that your registered with the extension? Another question is whether the phone is on the same network as the phone system. If they are, then you won’t be able to hear audio on inbound or outbound calls in my experience.
I don’t have access to the phone at the moment but it does register just fine as evidenced by the solid blue circle around the extension, he receives calls just fine, and shows online on the server.
The server is hosted in my office so he has never been on that network. I’ve had him try over his local WiFi and cellular both with no difference in behavior.
