Cannot create Virtual Extension in FreePBX?

My System:
FreePBX 2.6.0.RC2.1 Asterisk (Ver. 1.4.24) CentOS Linux 5.3
Kernel and CPU Linux 2.6.18-128.1.1.el5 on i686

I am trying to add new virtual extension to use it for hunting or call forwarding or voice mail, etc.
Coming through the following steps:
Admin -> Extensions -> Add an Extension -> Device=None(virtual exten) -> Submit
In “Add Extension” form I fill in User Extension field as 555. All remaining fields seem to be not required so I left them blank.
Then I hit Submit button and nothing happens (to be more exact the page “Add Extension” appears again). The extension does not appear in the list.
I also tried to fill in the fields in the Add Extension form. Got the same.
What is wrong in my action?

What about “Apply Configuration Changes” ? The little orange bar? Are you clicking that?

That’s a good question. Of course I am familiar with setting procedure. The problem is that the orange bar “Apply Configuration Changes” does not appear after submitting Virtual Extension settings.
It appears even I submit existing SIP extension or another settings even with no changes. But no way to add new Virtual Extension found.
In my guess it is a bug.
