Cannot complete as dialed

I have all of a sudden not been able to make any outbound calls. I can call into my pbx and call between extensions, but when I call out it says call cannot be completed as dialed. I have made no changes to trunks or outbound routes. Any ideas. I did see this in the log.

You left out the important part - the reason you got to this point in the log.

Have you checked your codec settings and in/outbound routes? Do you use the +1 when dialing or no?
