I have our freepbx system running with several extensions and 6 incoming pstn lines. We have time conditions setup that send calls either to a ring group or a specific voicemail, and that is all working normally.
The issue I’m having now is that when I have a call come in during business hours it hits the ring group and those phones ring. I can answer that call fine. However when another call comes in while I’m on that call the other phones in the ring group ring, but the phones that are in use do not ring.
Call waiting works normally when I call an extension internally and then call the same ext from another phone. It’s the external incoming calls that aren’t working with this. Any help would be appreciated.
