I have a customer complaining that he is not able to receive calls from his queues.
The queue’s ring strategy is leastrecent, user is in dynamic and uses a Voip softphone.
His extension works as I am able to call him directly.
I was not able to recreate the issue and it seems he is the only person affected.
On my end, I created a test extension and it worked for me. The calls were getting to me ext while in the queue.
Is there something that could explain why he is not getting any calls from a queue?
