Cannot access Sangoma Portal. Is it me?

Hello,

I’m trying to access Sangoma Portal.

As I wasn’t sure about about it, I successfully reset my password according the congratulations message.

When trying to enter the portal, I’m forwarded to Document

Am I doing it wrong or is the portal down at the moment ?

I got the same yesterday, but tried again straight away and it was fine. Logged in ok just now.

Now, I can access Sangoma portal from my Chrome browser and not from Firefox anymore !

Anytime I try, I’m redirected to “Forbidden” page though I copy-pasted my credentials from a document. Clearing portal.sangoma.com site cookies didn’t help.

With another PC, I could successfully connect.

I have sites I can absolutely not access with Firefox. No errors, no reason, just doesn’t work. I recommend when things like this happen try incognito mode then try another browser.

that’s strange - can you remove the /forbidden and then log in?

@James: Using a private navigation Firefox instance, I cannot connect either.

@Michael: After replacing the trailing /forbidden with /index.php, I can navigate (with appropriate login) within the portal.

My setup is an uptodate Debian Trixie/Gnome PC with “standard” ESR Firefox (currently 140.10.1esr 64bits).

Now it seems you should distinguish two behaviours:

  1. when entering wrong credentials, you are shown the login form again (and again ?)
  2. when entering correct credentials, for some reason, sometimes, you are redirected to a /forbidden page though /index.php page is accessible.
