I’ve spent a couple hours today trying to register to voip.ms. I’ve been registered there before on this network, but for some reason today, things aren’t working properly. After a chat session with a technician from voip.ms they told me the problem was probably on my network, like a firewall, or our load balancer. Which is strange, considering that it has worked in the past. But even more strange is that I am currently registered to a trunk from flowroute.
Is it possible that my network could be preventing, or mess up, one of my sip connections, but not another?
One note on my load balancer, currently I send all udp traffic from 10000-20000, 5060 and 5160, all on 1 wan. Is that best practice for load balancers, or is there something else I should be doing?
