Can only have one outgoing and incoming call on a 6 SIP line Trunk

Hi all,

Recently had an issue where we were getting cause 38 which was coming from the provider where they had blocked the gateway. That was fixed yesterday and now we can only have one incoming/outgoing call at any one time, otherwise we get a message “All Circuits are Busy”.

Is this a provider issue as the cause showing on the logfile is 34, which is no circuit/channel available.

I have contacted our provider, they keep coming back with security settings which are there, so am somewhat baffled to say the least.

Any help as always be appreciated.

Thanks

Have you tried an amportal restart? It sounds like they left some limitations on from their end.

Can you reply with trunk config with masked out credentials?

Yep done amportal restart several times.

We have a DAHDI PRI card installed so we dont have a trunk config as such. All goes go via the PRI card via Dahdi group 0 trunk setting. We have maximum of 31 channels, allowing any CID.

This is the setting we have in our SIP Settings

vmexten=*97

Setting in System.conf in the /etc/dahdi is

span=1,0,0,CCS,HDB3
bchan=1-15,17-31
dchan=16
loadzone=uk
defaultzone=uk

For some reason, the word span is highlighted in yellow. Unusual

Problem has been solved from BTs end and also needed to configure 5 channels only on Group0 on the Dahdi Confiq settings
