Can not change user's password

We are encountering an issue while attempting to change a user password within our PBXact. The error message we receive is as follows:

“Unable to locate the FreePBX BMO Class ‘Resettrusteddevices’. A required module might be disabled or uninstalled. Recommended steps (run from the CLI): 1) fwconsole ma install resettrusteddevices 2) fwconsole ma enable resettrusteddevices”.

[root@uc-56487008 ~]# fwconsole ma install resettrusteddevices
Unable to install module resettrusteddevices:

  • Cannot find module
    Updating Hooks…Done
    Chowning directories…Done

Please ensure that you have up to date modules and If you have pbxmfa module then please ensure you have latest version of this module. If not using then please uninstall this module.

Please raise jira at github if you are not able to resolve the issue.
