Can not add New phones and Logo has Disappeared on the phones that do work! Help

So a week ago we lost network connection in the office and found out that the DNS had changed but was corrected and everything went back to normal. Then I noticed that after restarting one of the phones (POLYCOM IP 550) that the company logo would not show up anymore but the phone works fine, queues and all! Then the real issue happened when trying to add a new employee phone and it would not connect. 1st thing, loading application = unknown while the working phones say application = polycom/1/ .

The 2 settings that I change on a phone after resetting to Factory Settings is under the NETWORK settings, Server type = HTTP and Boot Server = Option66. It is the same thing I have done for the past 6 months but after the Network crash this no longer works. I was handed this system from the previous SYSADMIN and did not got a chance to see “HOW THE SAUSAGE IS MADE” so to speak. Any help would be appreciated.
