Can no longer find any Call related entries in the Asterisk Log (/var/log/asterisk/full)

I can no longer find any Call related entries in the Asterisk Log File (/var/log/asterisk/full). I’m not sure when these stopped getting written, but I can’t find any of the typical ‘Call Ref’ related entries in the current logs. The following command would typically bring up a load of them;

grep -e ‘C-’ /var/log/asterisk/full*

If I run the above command, this is all I see;

The following entries relate to calls from today in the CDR database - I would typically expect to see corresponding entries in the Asterisk log for all of these calls;

Here are some details about the affected system (It’s a fully up-to-date v16 of PBXact)

Anyone have any suggestions for why the typical call related entries are not being written to the Asterisk log ?

Maybe related to this?

Maybe - Looks suspiciously similar.

I’m running ‘logfiles’ module version v16.0.10

I’ve changed the ‘Verbose’ setting from ‘On’ to ‘3’ in ‘Log File Settings’ GUI module as indicated in the Bug Report you’ve highlighted. Lets see if that resolves the issue.

I just did a test incoming call to that system & yes, there are many Asterisk Log entries for it now.

Thanks for pointing me to a relevant article, much appreciated :+1:

I assume all values currently showing as ‘on’ in the ‘verbose’ column should be set to ‘3’ instead (ie. for the console & syslog.local0 log also) ?
