I want to install other Linux system like redhat or Fedora core, together with the Trixbox, if like this can I still have the Web GUI interface? any one know how to configure it? as after I tried to intall not the Trixbox ISO version, I cannot open the GUI interface to configure it.

CentOS is Red Hat Enterprise Linux, just renamed. You may as well use
the Trixbox ISO.
