Can CallerID Lookup Source only for one DID?

Hi,

i want to send the incoming and outgoing call records to a CRM.

can this feature allow only to one DID and ignore the rest?

Sure. The inbound route just uses a different context (one that calls your interface AGI).

On the outbound side? I’m not as sure how you’d handle that. I suppose you could do something with the outbound extension context.
