Can call out but not receiving calls

I am migrating from an Asterisk-only server to AsteriskNOW with FreePBX on a separate box. I have found the FreePBX interface to be pretty intuitive and straightforward to follow; however, I am having a problem I can’t get my head round.

My trunk is a SIP connection to a provider here in Vancouver. For testing, I have shut Asterisk down on the production box and can see the registration with my provider on my AsteriskNOW system. I am able to call out OK, but when I call in, I see nothing in the CLI (verbosity 3) and the remote caller (my cellphone) just rings out.

Can anyone provide any pointers to what is happening here? I have added debug logging below.

Thanks,

Des
