Calls transferred into a Queue-- no announcement

I am having a problem with calls being transferred into a queue.

When the receptionist transfers a call into a queue, as opposed to the call coming in through the normal route to a queue, the call has NO agent announcement played to the agent.

When calls come in through the normal routes, the agent announcement plays correctly. It is only when a call is transferred into a queue that the agent announcement is not played.
