Calls to the number are not being received

Hi, there is a problem with calls to the number 1268. according to sngrep, I see that the call is coming to the phone base, but it is not coming to the dect handset. When I output the pjsip show endpoints command, I get the following result: Endpoint: 1268/1268 In use 1 of inf

What brand/model is the DECT phone? How do you know the signal is getting to the base as opposed to being sent out of the PBX?

CLCID sounds like maybe the device might have some old programming? Maybe a factory default of both the phone and the base are in order?
