Calls to Ring Group from Entry System Automatically Picked Up Then Hung Up

Hello, I am using an apartment intercom system and one of the functions is to call the front desk.

I am forwarding this call to our “front desk ring group” but the call somehow gets picked up then hangs up.

However, if I direct this call to one of the actual extensions, this problem disappears.

I can’t figure out what the issue is.
