Calls to extension forwarded to mobile but not via queue

Hello,

When an agent sets forwarding using findme/followme to their mobile and their extension is called the call is forwarded, fine! That part works.

However, the agent is also a queue member and when the queue is called (only 2 agents) the call is never forwarded to their mobile.

Is there something obvious I’m missing before I go and investigate the logs?

Have you checked out the ‘Agent Restrictions’ in the General Settings of the queue?
