Calls reaching wrong extension?

Hello

Using freepbx 16.0

have made few extensions in 3XX series and made one extension as 3011.
So now any calls made to ext 3011, ext 301 starts ringing. i have tried with multiple extensions, but when ext 301 calls ext 3011, the 3011 rings properly.

call quality and everything else is working properly. there is no follow me entry in 3011 config.

Can anyone help me with this??
