Calls problem


we have FreePBX 15.0.21, also we have Informunity module for CRM Bitrix integration.
Quite often we have problems when call stops. Both side can not hear each other. In headphone just silence.
As we can see there is no network problems. And problem is very random.
How to troubleshoot this issue?

What kind(s) of calls fail (internal, incoming, outgoing)? Approximately what percentage of calls are affected? Are the phones on the same LAN as the PBX? If not, please describe the networking between them. If SIP trunks, what networking equipment do you have between PBX and internet? If POTS, PRI, etc., what gateways connect them to the PBX? Is there a duration pattern to the dropped calls, e.g. usually after 15 minutes? What, if anything, appears in the Asterisk log when a call is dropped?
