Calls not recorded when a user is not loggedin

Hi

We have Ad-hoc ext + no default user on them.
Calls are possible without login and the are not getting recorded

is there a way to make sure:

  1. call get recorded all the tine (In/out, transfer ect)
  2. That a phone that there is no user cant make calls
    (I mean, will say that there is no agent logged in…)
