We have a 16.0.40.11 system setup with a call queue. The queue has two static agents (both with a ,0 penalty) but only one of the agents is going to be active at any one time. ring strategy is ringall, skip busy is no.
On a couple of occasions we have had the call handler on a call, one or more additional calls have entered the queue but when the handler hangs up, the next call is not put through. This then leads to the queue just continuing to fill up as the oldest call is never answered.
We did on one occasion try connecting as the other extension but it also did not receive any incoming calls. Bit confused.
Is anyone able to point me in the right direction to resolved this or to work out what is causing this behaviour?
