I am having an issue where calls waiting in a queue are going to a VM box rather than sitting in queue. I have the queue timer set to 5 min but after 20s or so a VM box of a static agent picks up. Any ideas?
Logs? we always ask for logs!!!

I am ashamed. I have 3 PBX connected via IAX2 trunks. When a queue call goes out it rings extensions on all three systems. The VM of a “remote” phone will often time pickup after 20s or so. Even if I make the default ring time long. And I’ll work on getting logs.
