Calls Failing after upgrade

We just did an update about an hour ago to the latest releases and inbound calls are rejecting, log only shows:

Not sure what was updated, I’m not sure where that log file is with upgrade history as well as trying to see how to downgrade.

Client is down hard, so any help appreciated!

Is the Class of Service module installed on this system?

We do not have class of service installed.

We just did some additional updates now ( so only an hour or so after first update ) and now calls are going through. We did verify calls went through the firewall earlier and hit the pbx.
