Calls automaticly hang up after 15 minutes

Calls automaticly hang up or becameing silent after 15 minutes.

There isn’t enough information here really, but I’d guess that a dynamic forwarding rule in your router or firewall is timing out. If you hadn’t mentioned going silent, I’d also consider session timers with an invalid NAT configuration.

From what I understand, I need to contact the VPS provider to eliminate problems with the firewall and dynamic forwarding rule? I don’t know how to present this to a company providing VPS services? Can you advise?

Have you checked your setting for UDP Timeouts? If calls are dropping on exact intervals, that is usually a good place to look.
