when someone calls sometimes automatically after few seconds calls disconnected and its not happening once its happening everyday with different different extension.
i am using Freepbx 14.0.13 version.
please suggest me.
Asterisk (and hence FreePBX) is a back to back user agent, so the calls come in to the PBX and then the PBX calls someone (like an extension) to bridge the calls together (back to back).
Have you looked at the logs to see what is happening?
