When I call out on a SIP trunk (Bandwidth.com), I am getting no ringback tone on my Polycom phones. I hear nothing until the other side answers. I get a 183 Session In Progress message from my SIP provider to my PBX. My PBX never sends a 183 or 180 RINGING message to the phone. Any thoughts?
