I’ve been having this problem lately with our installation of FreePBX. Currently using version 15 and Asterisk 16.11.1.
An office staff member will take a call and place them on a short hold in the parking lot (currently only two configured). A few moments later, another call might come in. The staff member will try to answer this call, but it will appear to disconnect, and the call will be routed to the parking lot queue with the other caller currently waiting where they are able to speak with each other. It doesn’t happen with every caller, but it does happen several times a week. I can’t seem to figure out why this is happening. Any ideas?
