I
was wondering if someone could shed some light about this module
superfecta? Right now I have configured to look up on asterisk phone
book and its working great. But I was wondering if the CDR reports could
be replaced by the name on asterisk phone book instead of number. Im
running superfecta 2.11.17. I was searching up some things to see if
other people have accomplished this and also found that there were
google, yellow pages, and white pages but in my case I dont see those
options.
I’ve been looking at my CDR report to try to understand what you are asking.
In the “CallerID” field, on my reports for an inbound call that matched a Seperfecta entry, I see the entry as “name”
For the same number as an outbound call it shows as number only, in the “Destination” field
Are you wanting the name in the destination field?
As in my CDR report You can see in the photo the source shows the number instead of the name I was wondering if thats possible to change to the name? I know that im using Elastix but I go to the Unembedded FreePBX section also see the same results
