I am trying to use the Caller ID Prefix in multiple inbound routes that all land in the same queue. If I put something in the CID Prefix in the queue it works, but the CID Prefix in the inbound route does not. I am assuming that the queue is overwriting the prefix in the route because it comes later but I don’t know. I am doing the same with alert-info and it works as expected.
If you put something in the inbound route and the queue, both word will be visible in the callerid as each step add to the cid. Well I guess, I haven’t tried it 
That’s what I expected to happen, just keep prefix what is there, but that’s not what I’m getting. I suppose I need to try inbound route directly to extension and see if that prefix works.
