Caller ID only shows location instead of last name and first name of caller

I am familiar with the Caller ID Superfecta.

I am not familiar with the various options with radio buttons. I want to be able to configure the Caller ID to show last name and first name. I am located in the U.S. of A.

Is this something I need to pay for?

Likely. have to pay… The caller id information is in various databases that cost money to access.

Your carrier may deliver it to you for free, or for a charge.

If you carrier does not, you can subscribe to different services (some free, some not) that lookup the value using the number.
