Hi all
FreePBX 13.0.190.7 / Asterisk 13.7.2
I’m experiencing a problem all of a sudden when internal caller ids are now showing.
If ext 637 John Doe calls user at 638 Jane Doe the caller id is not showing up on user 637 phone
I have two location with the same setup and this only occurs at one location.

This is not Caller ID, it is rpid (remote party ID). Enable under you extensions.

The only way I know of to get the internal CID “exported” is through an Intracompany route. Make sure your outbound routes are set correctly WRT the type of outbound connection.
