Anyone have any experence with setting up callcentric in freePBX. The guide with callcentric wants me to edit the sip.conf file. I dont know if thats a good idea or can I just setup a new trunk with the GUI?
set it up in the GUI.
you don’t need to do anything to extensions.conf
make sure you use the correct FreePBX context

How can I add this on the GUI page as oppose to edit the file?
do I just paste it in the PEER Details section of my trunk? or should it go somewhere else? Thanks for your help

Actually that doesn’t go in peers section, it goes in sip settings under additional, those are general settings.
You need trunk settings. Username/Paswword/Host that stuff
