Callback when employees are busy

I am trying to set up a way for callers to receive a callback once they are next in line/after employees are available to receive the call. Is there a commercial module that exists for this or a way to configure this in FreePBX?

The VQ Plus module allows callers waiting in a queue to elect to be called back when their turn comes up.
