Saw a Cisco system at Staples the other day where calls waiting were announced over the intercom (paged all phones).
When a specific department was called, an announcement played over the intercom & phones onto the sales floor that said something like “Sales: Call waiting” …
I’m wondering if FreePBX can do this somehow?
Seems like it could be quite useful.
