Call transfer destination

Issue is that if I transfer a call and nobody is at the extension that I transferred to the call is hangs up if no one picks up, then the caller would call back at the front desk.

I want that, If a call is transferred and there is no answer that the call returns to which ever extension sent it over originally.

Search the boards here, there is some discussion about it.

Okay I’ve read this seems to be legit but I am not knowledgeable enough to figure out how to navigate to the global_custom.conf file.
Can someone point me in the right direction please

I was able to use the custom config files and it worked like a charm. Thanks again for the help.
