Call Timers for Trunks

I have a client who wants to add timers for incoming and outgoing calls.
so the criteria is if a call comes in a 10 minute timer starts.
after 5 minutes they would get a warning
and at 9 minutes they would get a warning
at 10 minutes the call gets terminated.

the same thing should happen when an outgoing call is made.

any help with this? thanks
