Hey, I have an unusual use case where I need to set a time limit for inbound calls which will either end the call with an agent completely after 4 minutes, or (ideally) end the call with an agent after 4 minutes and transfer it back to an IVR. It needs to be an automatic process.
I am a bit of a noob with Asterisk (I’m a web dev…) so was wondering if anybody here might be able to help.
I should add, this needs to be after the call has been waiting in the queue (i.e. the queue time is not included in the time limit. So I am not sure if a custom context will work here?
