Call stuck in queue

Hi Everybody

We have a server we set up and the server is working perfectly. We just have an issue where a specific “call” is stuck in the queue.

[@ ~]# asterisk -vvvvvrx ‘core show channels’
Channel Location State Application(Data)
Message/ast_msg_queu 200@from-internal:52 Up Queue(200,t,)

Does anybody perhaps know why this would be stuck in the queue. We don’t use SMS on the server. Could this perhaps be the voicemail trying to send a message? Or am I completely off on this?
