we are having an issue with our Sangoma FreePBX. Sometimes (it’s hard to get a capture because it doesn’t happen often) happens that the channel of a call remains up after the hang up.
For example, the first row in the CDR attachment is reporting 154 mins of duration of a call that ended a lot of time before.
Usually if this happens and we notice it, we can issue channel request hangup #… into the asterisk cli, but we need to solve it automatically, also because there are softwares analyzing CDR and call duration.
In the RTP screenshot, you can see that we have 60 seconds of RTP timeout, so it should at least close the channel when the call is ended and the channel remains up, but it seems to not work this way.
How can we solve this issue?
