Hi, can you recommend a call reporting add-on it’s not necesary to be free.We need call status with choice of options, call status reports, by operators, duration. A report that shows which missed calls are answered and which ones are not answered. We also look for a solution to a phone number to open a client’s file with information about it, previous calls, previous call status.
