Call report question

in our company we have FreePBX
Configuration is mostly simple, incoming calls are forwarded to different queues.
We have a request from our management for call report.
For specific period we need to know how many calls entered the system from outside and how many of them are unanswered.
How can we get this report?

You can put together a report from the logs yourself.
