I have Applications > Call Recording set up for Record Immediately, and the extension set on “Always” for all recording options. Then I place a call from my SIP phone to an external cell phone. I talk the entire time (about 90 seconds). When I go into the CDR Reports, I see the recording and can play it, but it only plays a few seconds. The status bar goes from far left to far right, so it’s not a plugin problem. It is as only the first few seconds of the call is recorded. Has anyone experienced this?
