Call recordings not appearing in web call monitor

Hi

I have a new install of AsteriskNow 3.0 with asterisk 11.2.1 and FreePBX 2.11.0.9
All feature seem to work perfectly with our Digium D40 handsets apart from call recording. Calls are recording OK and appear in \var\spool\asterisk\monitor but they do not appear under call monitor in the user web gui.
References to the monitor path are correct in asterisk.conf and amportal.conf.
Any suggestions on what else to look for?

That is because they do not use our script to toggle on call recording so non of the logic is made for it to link up with the GUI and CDRs/

I’ve just discovered that you can play back the recordings through the phone Messages so no need to log into the call monitor :wink:
