In 14.0.1.21 when I select the download link next to a call recording it opens up a duplicate window/tab in my browser but does not download any recording. I’ve tried multiple browsers and recordings.
Where in the GUI are you attempting to download? CDR? CEL? CR Reports? UCP?

There have been some changes recently to CR Reports, so if upgrading to edge doesn’t resolve, open a commercial module ticket. Current edge ver is 14.0.2.4.
I’ll give it a shot. What is the short hand for that module when going edge?

fwconsole downloadinstall recording_report --tag 14.0.2.4
revert to stable if necessary:
fwconsole downloadinstall recording_report -f --stable

Thank you. Looks like I have to go to edge on framework as well to obtain the edge on CR Reports
fwconsole ma downloadinstall framework --tag 14.0.7.7
revert with:
fwconsole ma downloadinstall framework -f --stablefwconsole ma downloadinstall recording_report --tag 14.0.2.4
That fixed the download issue. Thank you!
