Call recordings are not saved

On piers almost everywhere dontcare, on incoming routes and queues force, but write files are 44 bytes even when answered.
Records are duplicated by the Simple Calls module

As you can see these files are not empty.
What do I need to check? What data is needed?

Where does the recording cut off? Does it change if you add recording to the queue, ringgroup, extension?

However, the Simple Calls module interfered, after setting it up the recordings resumed.

I’ve not heard of this module, what is it?

This is a module for CRM integration.
