Call Recording

I have one user in particular that can’t record some extensions/calls. I don’t really understand why. Is there some setting I’m missing that defines what extensions can and cannot be recorded?

Almost forgot…the user is set to record all calls “always” incoming/outgoing.

Currently for Extension to Extension calls if one extension is set to always and the other extension is set to never it will NOT record the call. If the other extension is set to on demand recording and the call is going in the direction of always to on demand it will also not record the call. This is a known issue and has been talked about lately in the ticket tracking system and on the IRC. I think there is a new set of patches coming shortly to address this, I’m not at this moment sure if it will make it into the 2.5 release that is about to come out or not.
